Experience the unique tour to the South. The guide who has been living here for many years, will take you in one day to all the highlights of the most green and charming part of south Lesvos. Discover  the region in a special way by bus and boat! The South also has a beautiful mountain landscape with the Olympus top. Via the gulf of Gera with its villages we stop for a coffee or a drink at one of the many cafes in the center of Perama, nicely and cool at the water front. Then we continue the route to the capital of the South Plomari which is known for the soap production, but much more for its  ouzo. Lesvos has many anise growth and is famous for the many good species. In Agios Isidoros there is the only chance to see the most famous and well known ouzo factory(Varvagianni).  You get a tour inside of the factory and taste the delicious drink yourself, luckily that you do not have to drive afterwards..

After the beautiful beach nearby where we have the Varvayianni factory, we visit the town of Plomari. This is one of the biggest cities and personally I think this is more beautiful than Mytiline. The city is built against the hill and on a clear day you can see Chios. We make a small walk through small and characteristic streets and end up at the port where the boat is ready for us to enjoy a boat trip along the most beautiful beaches and coves of the South; at the Bay of Tarti you can take a dip in the crystal clear water and enjoy a lunch with mezedes/local snacks. Like the Greeks do is, of course, with ouzo! Through many mountain villages with merchant houses we continue the way back to your hotel or apartment. Take this chance and book the bus tour in time!
